A bill for an act
 relating to human services; deleting the requirement that certain counties repay
the state for certain expenditures under the waivered services program for
persons with developmental disabilities; appropriating money; amending Laws
2006, chapter 282, article 20, section 37.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2006, chapter 282, article 20, section 37, is amended to read:


Sec. 37. REPAYMENT DELAY.

A county that overspent its allowed amounts in calendar year 2004 or 2005 under
the waivered services program for persons with developmental disabilities shall not be
required to pay back the amount of overspending deleted text begin until May 31, 2007deleted text end .
