BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION FOR PORT DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE.

$5,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
transportation for the fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2009, to be disbursed for purposes
of the port development assistance program under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 457A.
