  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [403.15] [RELIEF FROM TORT LIABILITY.] 
  1.7      Section 466.02 does not apply to any claim based upon an 
  1.8   act or omission of an officer or employee of a public safety 
  1.9   agency in providing prearrival medical advice as a public 
  1.10  service in conjunction with this chapter. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
