BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $200,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the commissioner of administration for a grant to an arts organization located in St. Paul,
Minnesota, The Black Gate, to help communities connect with artists of color through
community art and artistic performances.
