A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; modifying a previous appropriation for a public
health facility in the city of Bloomington; amending Laws 2023, chapter 71, article
1, section 14, subdivision 6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14, subdivision 6, is amended to read:

Bloomington; Public Health Facility
