A bill for an act
 relating to agriculture; providing funding for pollinator research; transferring
money; amending Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 18B.051.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 18B.051, is amended to read:


18B.051 POLLINATOR RESEARCH ACCOUNT.

Subdivision 1.

Account established.

A pollinator research account is established in the
agricultural fund. Money in the account, including interest, is appropriated to the Board of
Regents of the University of Minnesota for pollinator research and outreach including, but
not limited tonew text begin:

general fund to the pollinator research account established under Minnesota Statutes, section
