Employment Rights Office.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$250,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the workforce development fund to
the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the Bois Forte
Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) for counseling services for American Indian
individuals who are unemployed.
