equipment.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$675,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of agriculture for a grant to the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota to purchase
testing equipment for the Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, including but not limited to
equipment and supplies needed to respond to incidents of African swine fever. This is a
onetime appropriation.
