BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA CLEAN MARINA PROGRAM.

$100,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the Minnesota clean marina program to
provide education and technical assistance on the best practices for reducing marina and
boating impacts on Minnesota waters and shoreline environments.
