relating to transportation; appropriating money for intersection improvements in
the city of Newport.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
transportation for a grant to the city of Newport to design, engineer, and construct a
roundabout and related improvements at the intersection of 4th Avenue and 2nd Street. This
is a onetime appropriation.
