A bill for an act
 relating to lobbying; prohibiting lobbying by certain former public officials for
a period of one year; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes,
chapter 10A.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

OFFICIALS.

shall not register as lobbyists within a period of one year from the termination of their
service in any of those offices.
