  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [181.9411] [NURSING MOTHER.] 
  1.7      An employer must provide reasonable unpaid break time each 
  1.8   day to an employee who needs to express breast milk for her 
  1.9   infant child.  The employer must make reasonable efforts to 
  1.10  provide a room or other location where the employee can express 
  1.11  her milk in privacy and in sanitary conditions.
