  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highways; designating William Angermeyer 
  1.3             Memorial Bridge; amending Minnesota Statutes 1998, 
  1.4             section 161.14, by adding a subdivision. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 161.14, is 
  1.7   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 44.  [WILLIAM ANGERMEYER MEMORIAL BRIDGE.] The bridge 
  1.9   over the Minnesota river at or near Morton, Minnesota, being a 
  1.10  part of trunk highway marked No. 71, is named and designated the 
  1.11  "William Angermeyer Memorial Bridge."  The commissioner of 
  1.12  transportation shall furnish and erect plaques or signs to mark 
  1.13  and memorialize this bridge.  The family of William Angermeyer, 
  1.14  having resolved to support and financially back the marking of 
  1.15  this bridge, shall reimburse the department for costs incurred 
  1.16  in marking and memorializing this bridge.
