relating to education; permitting advertisements within a baseball field.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ADVERTISING WAIVER; ST. CLAIR.

new text begin Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, advertising signs may be placed on the
inside perimeter of any baseball field owned by Independent School District No. 75, St.
Clair. Signs permitted under this section must not extend above the top of the outfield
fence and must be intended for viewing by spectators present on school property.
