A bill for an act
relating to liquor; permitting off-sale intoxicating liquor sales on Sunday; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 340A.504, subdivision 4.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 340A.504, subdivision 4, is amended to read:
Subd. 4.
Intoxicating liquor; off-sale.
No sale of intoxicating liquor may be made by
an off-sale licensee:
