  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to health; directing the commissioner of 
  1.3             health not to adopt certain rules. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [WITHDRAWAL OF RULES.] 
  1.6      The commissioner of health shall not adopt the rules 
  1.7   relating to administrative billing data as proposed in the State 
  1.8   Register, volume 27, page 243, August 19, 2002, or as 
  1.9   subsequently modified.  If the rules are adopted before the 
  1.10  effective date of this act, the rules are repealed retroactive 
  1.11  to the date of adoption. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
