A bill for an act
 relating to insurance; allowing certain minors to contract for automobile
insurance; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 65B.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

subdivision 1, shall have the power to contract for private passenger vehicle insurance to
the same extent as an adult.
