from the general fund to the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota for the
purposes specified. The listing of an amount under the figure "2006" or "2007" indicates
that the amount is appropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006 or June 30, 2007,
respectively. Appropriations in this section are in addition to appropriations under Laws
2005, chapter 107, article 1, section 4.
