Minnesota Statutes 2008, sections 177.253, subdivision 1; 177.254, subdivision

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 177.253, subdivision 1, is amended to read:


Subdivision 1.

Rest breaks.

An employer must allow each employee deleted text begin adequate

the nearest convenient restroom.

Sec. 2.

Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 177.254, subdivision 1, is amended to read:

Meal break.

An employer must permit each employee who is
