 relating to capital investment; amending an appropriation for wastewater treatment
facility upgrades in the city of Austin; amending Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session
chapter 3, article 1, section 22, subdivision 8.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 22, subdivision
8, is amended to read:

Austin; Wastewater Treatment Plant
