relating to legacy; appropriating money to maintain dedicated funding website.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; DEDICATED FUNDING WEBSITE.

new text begin (a) $24,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $5,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated to the
Legislative Coordinating Commission to maintain the website required under Minnesota
Statutes, section 3.303, subdivision 10. Of this amount:

new text begin (1) $6,000 the first year is from the arts and cultural heritage fund;
new text end

new text begin (2) $9,000 the first year is from the clean water fund;
new text end

new text begin (3) $5,000 each year is from the outdoor heritage fund; and
new text end

new text begin (4) $4,000 the first year is from the parks and trails fund.

new text begin (b) If the appropriations in this section are enacted more than once in the 2019 regular
legislative session, the appropriations must be given effect only once.
