A bill for an act
relating to education finance; increasing the state reimbursement for school lunch
aid from 12 to 15 cents per meal; appropriating money; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2008, section 124D.111, subdivision 1.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 124D.111, subdivision 1, is amended to
read:
Subdivision 1.
School lunch aid computation.
Each school year, the state must pay
participants in the national school lunch program the amount of deleted text begin 12deleted text end new text begin 15new text end cents for each full
