A bill for an act
relating to liquor; authorizing brewer taprooms to be issued a wine license;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2015 Supplement, section 340A.26, by adding a
subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2015 Supplement, section 340A.26, is amended by
adding a subdivision to read:

A municipality may issue to a licensee under this section, a license
that authorizes the on-sale of wine that is purchased from a licensed wholesaler or that is
produced at a farm winery which is owned and operated by the licensee.
