A bill for an act
 relating to agriculture; extending the Farmer-Lender Mediation Act until June 30,
2020; repealing a law that would have extended the Farmer-Lender Mediation
Act until June 30, 2017, if the legislature did not meet in regular session during
calendar year 2016; amending Minnesota Statutes 2015 Supplement, section
583.215; repealing Laws 2015, First Special Session chapter 4, article 2, section
81.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2015 Supplement, section 583.215, is amended to read:


583.215 EXPIRATION.

Sections 336.9-601, subsections (h) and (i); 550.365; 559.209; 582.039; and 583.20
to 583.32, expire June 30, 2017 2020.

EFFECTIVE DATE.

This section is effective the day following final enactment.

Sec. 2. REPEALER.

Laws 2015, First Special Session chapter 4, article 2, section 81, is repealed.
