A bill for an act
relating to crime; expanding number of crimes constituting crimes of violence;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 624.712, subdivision 5.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 624.712, subdivision 5, is amended to read:


Subd. 5.

Crime of violence.

"Crime of violence" means: felony convictions of
