A bill for an act
 relating to state government; transferring operation and control of the Glensheen
Mansion in Duluth to the Minnesota Historical Society; proposing coding for
new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 138.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

[138.98] TRANSFER OF GLENSHEEN MANSION TO MINNESOTA
HISTORICAL SOCIETY.

The Glensheen Mansion and attached real property in Duluth operated by the
University of Minnesota Duluth is transferred from the University of Minnesota Duluth to
the Minnesota Historical Society subject to the terms of the instrument bequeathing the
property to the University of Minnesota Duluth. All assets including personal property are
also transferred to the Minnesota Historical Society subject to the terms of the instrument
bequeathing the property to the University of Minnesota Duluth.
