  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [126.117] [SNOWMOBILE SAFETY TRAINING.] 
  1.7      The commissioner of children, families, and learning in 
  1.8   consultation with the commissioners of public safety and natural 
  1.9   resources shall assist districts on request to develop or 
  1.10  implement snowmobile safety training for students in 
  1.11  kindergarten to grade 12.
