 relating to economic development; appropriating money to the Latino Economic
Development Center.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin LATINO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CENTER; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $625,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the Latino Economic Development
Center to provide technical assistance and support to small businesses. This appropriation
is available until June 30, 2023.
