  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [MOUNDS VIEW PARK SHELTERS; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of 
  1.9   Mounds View to replace existing park shelter structures. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
