relating to appropriations; appropriating money for
Lifetrack Resources.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$250,000 in fiscal year 2006 and $250,000 in fiscal year
2007 are appropriated to the commissioner of employment and
economic development from the workforce development fund for
onetime grants to Lifetrack Resources for its immigrant/refugee
collaborative programs, including those related to job-seeking
skills and workplace orientation, intensive job development,
functional work English, and on-site job coaching.
