  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [1.55] [COMMON SENSE REQUIRED.] 
  1.8      All employees of the state executive branch and of local 
  1.9   units of government must use common sense when writing, 
  1.10  interpreting, and enforcing rules and regulations. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
