A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; amending an appropriation for the Jacob Wetterling
Recreation Center in the city of St. Joseph; amending Laws 2020, Fifth Special
Session chapter 3, article 1, section 21, subdivision 37.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 21, subdivision
37, is amended to read:


Subd. 37.

St. Joseph; Jacob Wetterling
Recreation Center

 4,000,000

For a grant to the city of St. Joseph to
