BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Education for the fiscal years
designated.

new text begin For a grant to the Minneapolis Urban League for the 13th grade:

new text begin Any balance in the first year does not cancel but is available in the second year. The base
appropriation for the next biennium is $900,000 each year.
