A bill for an act
 relating to education finance; authorizing an account
transfer for Independent School District No. 177,
Windom.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. WINDOM; FUND TRANSFER.

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 123B.79 and
123B.80, Independent School District No. 177, Windom, on June
30, 2005, may permanently transfer up to $270,000 from its
reserved for operating capital account to the undesignated
balance in its general fund.

EFFECTIVE DATE.

This section is effective the day
following final enactment.
