relating to natural resources; appropriating money for replacement of Lake
Titlow Dam.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$969,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2013 from the outdoor heritage fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of Gaylord to replace the Lake
Titlow Dam in order to protect the aquatic habitat of Lake Titlow. The project is to
remove the existing dam materials; prepare the site for the new dam; predesign, design,
and construct the new dam; and finish the area landscaping.
