  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.8      Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 124A.03, subdivision 3b, 
  1.9   is repealed effective for levies certified in 1995 for taxes 
  1.10  payable in 1996 and thereafter. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective July 1, 1995.
