BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

[137.026] APPROPRIATION; CONTRACT BUYOUT.

No appropriation from the state of Minnesota to the Board of Regents shall be
used directly or indirectly for costs related to the early termination of a contract of any
person who reports to the director of athletics.
