BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

revenue must make payments of $52,482 on each of July 20, 2005,
and December 26, 2005, to the city of White Bear Lake.

the general fund to the commissioner of revenue to make the
payments required in this section.
