  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $170,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1998 and $170,000 
  1.8   is appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the general fund to the 
  1.9   commissioner of agriculture for the grant program establishing 
  1.10  one-on-one educational delivery teams to provide technological 
  1.11  assistance to dairy farms and to support the Minnesota dairy 
  1.12  producers board.
