  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [COMMISSIONER'S ORDERS RESCINDED.] 
  1.7      The commissioner of natural resources orders of January 3, 
  1.8   1991, and January 3, 1999, designating certain lands as wildlife 
  1.9   management areas are rescinded. 
  1.10     Appropriations of money according to Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.11  section 84A.51, that were not made because of the orders are 
  1.12  reinstated.
