  1.2             relating to economic security finance; declaring a 
  1.3             state policy; appropriating money to accomplish it. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [STATE POLICY.] 
  1.6      It is the policy of the state of Minnesota that no one be 
  1.7   homeless, hungry, or without health care.  All appropriate state 
  1.8   agencies must work with local governmental units and private 
  1.9   organizations to help those in need. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.11     $....... is appropriated from the general fund in the 
  1.12  fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2001, for the purposes of 
  1.13  section 1.
