  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [449.20] [LIMITED LICENSE FEES ON AMUSEMENT 
  1.7   MACHINES.] 
  1.8      A home rule charter or statutory city may impose by 
  1.9   ordinance a license fee on amusement machines of no more than 
  1.10  the lesser of the actual cost of issuing the license or $15 per 
  1.11  machine or location.
