1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Seth Ruberto of St. Michael, Minnesota, for earning the rank
1.3of Eagle Scout.
1.4WHEREAS, the Eagle Scout rank is the highest rank earned in the Boy Scouts of America;
1.5and
1.6WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in Scouts BSA is an important achievement
1.7that is worthy of recognition; and
1.8WHEREAS, Seth Ruberto is a member of the Boy Scouts of America and has displayed the
1.9attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.10WHEREAS, Seth has demonstrated mastery of all Scouting skills, completed a community
1.11service project, which involved leading a team that installed a new ceiling at the picnic shelter in
1.12Lion's Park in Albertville, Minnesota, and fulfilled all other requirements necessary to attain the
1.13rank of Eagle Scout; and
1.14WHEREAS, Seth graduated from St. Michael-Albertville High School in June 2020 and
1.15plans to pursue a degree and a career in business or aviation; and
1.16WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor will be held; and
1.17NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.18congratulates Seth Ruberto of St. Michael, Minnesota, for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.
1.19BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.20copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.21Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Seth Ruberto.
