1.1A Senate resolution
1.2honoring Millner Family Chiropractic on being named Business of the Year.
1.3WHEREAS, Millner Family Chiropractic is celebrating 20 years as a strong, steady force
1.4serving the Hastings community; and
1.5WHEREAS, their focus on excellent patient care, health and wellness education, and
1.6community support has positioned the practice to be successful and grow; and
1.7WHEREAS, when the time came to expand, Drs. Scott and Melissa Millner chose to reinvest
1.8in Hastings by creating the Health Solutions Center, a one-stop shop of natural care, located on 3rd
1.9and Eddy Street; and
1.10WHEREAS, the Health Solutions Center offers personal training, counseling, multiple
1.11chiropractic services, acupuncture, and more under one roof; and
1.12WHEREAS, this creative business concept not only offers patients access to expanded
1.13services, it provides a space for like-minded entrepreneurs to start and grow their business; and
1.14WHEREAS, along with having great success as a small business, Millner Family Chiropractic
1.15has demonstrated their commitment to the community by annually raising money for area schools
1.16and organizations like TLC of Hastings and the Lewis House; and
1.17WHEREAS, based on these outstanding qualities, Millner Family Chiropractic was named
1.18Business of the Year by the Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce; and
1.19NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.20congratulates Millner Family Chiropractic on being named Business of the Year and commends
1.21them for their service to their community.
1.22BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare an
1.23enrolled copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the
2.1Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Drs. Scott and Melissa
2.2Millner.
