A bill for an act
relating to health; requiring the commissioner of health to prioritize postsecondary
instructors for the COVID-19 vaccine.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin VACCINE PRIORITY FOR POSTSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL
INSTRUCTORS TEACHING IN-PERSON CLASSES.

In setting statewide COVID-19 vaccination prioritization requirements, the commissioner
of health must give immediate priority to postsecondary institution instructors and staff who
are providing in-person instruction because the courses they teach are not amenable to online
instruction.
