A bill for an act
 relating to natural resources; modifying land reclamation appeal provisions;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 93.50.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 93.50, is amended to read:


93.50 APPEAL.

Any person aggrieved by any order, ruling, or decision of the commissioner may
