relating to workforce development; appropriating money for phlebotomy training
and certification programs statewide.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin STATEWIDE PHLEBOTOMY TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION;
APPROPRIATION.

$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to Ka Joog to provide, in partnership
with Pathway Career Training Center, phlebotomy training and certification for adults
statewide.
