relating to economic development; appropriating money for Summit Academy
OIC.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$2,500,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to Summit Academy OIC to expand
and establish a new statewide in-person and virtual network for Summit Academy's
employment placement and STEM program and contextualized GED program. This amount
is added to the base budget.
