 relating to taxation; sales and use; eliminating the sunset date on the sales tax
exemption for admission to events sponsored by the Minnesota State High School
League; amending Laws 2017, First Special Session chapter 1, article 3, section
26.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2017, First Special Session chapter 1, article 3, section 26, the effective
date, is amended to read:


EFFECTIVE DATE.

This section is effective for sales and purchases made after June
30, 2017deleted text begin, and before July 1, 2027deleted text end.
