A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; modifying the highway-rail grade separation project
in the city of Ramsey; amending Laws 2018, chapter 214, article 3, section 7,
subdivision 1.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2018, chapter 214, article 3, section 7, subdivision 1, is amended to read:


Subdivision 1.

Appropriation.

$2,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds
account in the state transportation fund to the commissioner of transportation new text beginfor a grant to
Anoka County in coordination with the city of Ramsey new text endfor engineering, design, and
right-of-way acquisition required for construction of deleted text beginan underpassdeleted text end new text begina railroad crossing grade
separation new text endon Anoka County State-Aid Highway 56, otherwise known as Ramsey Boulevard,

on U.S. Trunk Highway 10/169 in the city of Ramsey.
